How is the mission realized? 

We accomplish these goals through a team model of support. A team is a group of people who enlist together to support a student by committing to raise $15,000 over the six year period of the student's middle years and high school education. This goal can be accomplished by a group of four who each commit to raising $625 a year. Of these funds, 80% will go to the student with the other 20% used to support and grow the program to help more students. 

Why is this fundraising model great for Mind the Future?

Mind the Future believes it is important to address more than the financial aspect of aid. MTF has made it a priority to introduce students to personal and educational growth by helping children grow into students who have expanded their network of support in order to have a better chance at finding the right answers or help. By providing the opportunity for a larger amount of people to become personally invested in a student's success, that student's network will be expanded.
